Okey Leo Ohagba, is a legal practitioner and Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, whose professional life and career trajectory have been defined by service, innovation, and quiet excellence.
Born 19th October, 1978, and hails from Ihiala, Anambra State. A passionate member of the Port Harcourt Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association, he was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2007 and has since remained in active private legal practice while consistently offering selfless service to the Bar and society.

To advance the Bar through an innovative e-governance framework that delivers a transparent, responsive, and member-centric Secretariat.
In furtherance of the functions and duties ascribed to the office of NBA General Secretary by Section 9 (5e) (i-ix) of the Nigerian Bar Association Constitution 2015 (as amended, 2025), I shall, with the collaborative efforts of the President and other National officers, faithfully seek to achieve the following set objectives for the Nigerian Bar Association, to wit;
